How to use XPODIUM Sticky Grips

XPODIUM Sticky Grips are designed for functional fitness and CrossFit athletes who want maximum grip without chalk. To get the best performance, follow the guidelines below.

Before training

  • Use on a clean bar or rig. Sticky Grips perform best on smooth, clean surfaces without chalk residue, dust, or oil.
  • No chalk needed. These grips are specifically designed to be used chalkless. Using chalk can reduce the sticky surface performance.
  • Choose the correct size. Measure from your wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger:Medium: 18–19.5 cmLarge: over 19.5 cm

During use

  • Place the grip fully over your palm with the sticky rubber surface facing the bar.
  • Fold or pinch the grip over the bar or rings to create friction and lock-in control.
  • Fingerless design = faster transitions. The no-hole construction allows quick movement between bar work, lifting, and gymnastics.
  • Ideal for high-volume work. Especially effective for pull-ups, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar, muscle-ups, and ring work.

How to care for XPODIUM Sticky Grips

Proper care keeps the sticky surface effective and extends the life of your grips.

Cleaning

  • Clean regularly, especially after sweaty sessions.
  • Hand wash only using lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap.
  • Gently wipe the rubber surface with a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  • Air dry only in a well-ventilated area.

⚠️Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or expose grips to direct heat.

Restoring grip performance

  • If the sticky surface feels slick, lightly wipe it with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
  • Let the grips air dry completely before use.
  • This removes sweat oils and residue that can reduce stickiness.

Storage

  • Store grips dry and flat in your gym bag.
  • Avoid sealing them wet or storing in extreme heat.
